Finished work at five and, unusually, the sun was still shining. Half an hour later I'm out trying some bike trails through Forestry Commision land. Well marked out (if you actually look at the signs...) and a good variety of fast, gravel roads and overgrown, rocky single-track. Would be four stars but for my low, low fitness!
